I wonder how many people Googled ‘real estate agents’ in your location today and if you or your company came up on their radar.

Can I suggest you do this one thing this week to start boosting your organic search ranking on Google?

It’s a simple 2-step process.

You don’t want to ask for just a review. You’re looking for a 5 STAR review. In the last few years, our agent clients have had great success with this strategy so I want to share the love.

Your mission with step 1 is to get the green light from your contact that they are prepared to give you a 5 star review and the only way to do that is to specifically ask.

Step 1. Send an email to every contact on your database like this:

Subject: Can I ask a Quick Favour (first name)? ⭐️

Hi [Recipient's Name],

I hope you’re doing well!

I’m reaching out because I’m working on some marketing and was wondering if you could do me a quick favour.

Would you mind leaving a short 5-star review for me on Google? It would really help boost my ranking and visibility in Google search results.

If you’re happy to help, please reply to this email, and I’ll share the simple next steps.

Also, if you’re looking for a 5-star review for your business, I’d be more than happy to return the favour!

Thanks so much for your support – I really appreciate it.

Step 2. Respond to acceptance with this email and link to your Google business profile.

Go to your Google business profile and click the SHARE button to generate a link you can sen in an email to those who responded to your request for a 5 star review.

Subject: Thanks so much (first name)

Hi [Recipient's Name] and thanks so much for agreeing to post a 5 star review on our Google business profile.
