This is the book I have ghostwritten for my agent clients so they can benefit from the kudos, authority, and credibility instead of me.

I wrote the first version of this book when things were really tough and winning listings was a mighty challenge. A recession is never a good time to start a business but how can you forecast the future?

This version was written in 2009 just after the global financial crisis and the year I moved to Canada.
