Wow, what a year! …and suddenly it’s Christmas!
I’ve been back in Australia for a week and loving the warm sunshine, riding my bike, catching some waves and walking the beach down here at Ocean Grove just south of Melbourne.
You might be interested to know that in the last few weeks, I’ve been connecting with quite a few of our US clients and I have to tell you there is a lot of post-election optimism and excitement about the year ahead.
I guess that happens after eight years and a change of government, but all political commentary aside, I’m picking up a powerful groundswell of encouraging pro-business excitement that points to a buoyant 2025. Some are even calling it the ‘Trump bump’.
And as the rapid advances in AI and other technology continue to deliver stunning advantages to real estate professionals that take action to leverage them, I’m pretty bullish about the year ahead.
Yes, I can hear my Australian friends groaning about the current state of political misfortune wreaking havoc in my home state and Australia in general, but I’m confident we can up our marketing game and capitalise on a lot of quick win opportunities to shine in 2025.
