After 10 years and 232 episodes hosting www.topagentsplaybook.com, my podcast for real estate agents, I’m pivoting to launch AI-Powered Agents as I believe the future of real estate success is dependent on AI and other emerging and related technologies.
Who are we looking for?
Right now we’re connecting with full time real estate professionals who are leveraging the power of AI. I’m looking to interview AI savvy agents prepared to share their experiences using AI and in return will offer reciprocal promotion and links etc.
We’re also looking to connect with real estate industry influencers, decision makers and C suiters involved specifically with AI and AI marketing.

4. You’re happy to answer the questions below so we can set up a time for our interview
Questions and what we’ll get into. When I started my first podcast, I over-prepared with detailed questions but quickly changed because it didn’t feel right. My interviews are more like a winding river that can meander into uncharted waters. I try to channel our agent listeners and think about what questions they might have as we’re talking.
Our interview might be 8 minutes or 38. It depends on where we take it and where we want to go. I love the power of a story and so do our listeners so please feel free to share one or more. Essentially, it’s going to be a conversation. My agenda is to share your success and lessons learned so our listeners can quickly harness your ideas.

My story…
During the pandemic, I was invited to beta test an AI application.
I was fascinated to discover that AI was so close to being in the public domain. I always believed it would be controlled by big business and out of public reach.
As I continued testing the beta version of the AI platform, my mind started to race at the thought of the endless possibilities for agents.
I’m sure you probably had a similar experience, but it only took me a couple of minutes to realise the power of what I was playing with …and as I picked my jaw up off my keyboard, I could see it was the obvious next-big-thing the real estate industry needed to embrace.
I’m a fourth-generation real estate agent originally from Melbourne Victoria where I ran my own real estate business.
I made the decision to move to Canada to be with my 3 kids (long story) but, when I arrived in Toronto, the best I could do was a Vistor’s Visa that let me stay for just 6 months before driving to Buffalo NY and turning around again to renew the 6 monthly Visa.
The terms of my Visa meant I was not allowed to get a job, a mortgage and health insurance so I had to get creative, and fast, if I wanted to stay.
Starting again at the age of 48 is NOT for the faint of heart but it’s amazing what you can do when you have to and being with my kids was my motivation and my big ‘Why’
I worked fast to generate income ideas and made the decision to start an online coaching and marketing business to share my real estate success skills with other agents.
As you might imagine, I made a bunch of mistakes but learned how to generate the essential tools agents needed and before long, my coaching business Bestagents was born.
Over time, Bestagents has grown to become a major coaching enterprise and today we work with over 500 agents.
Since coming to Canada I,
Co-Founded LockedOn.com a real estate CRM and database management system
Co-Founded jigglar.com an online marketing platform for agents (think Canva for real estate)
Launched my first podcast, TopAgentsPlaybook.com
Launched AIAdMachine.com so my agent clients can explode their marketing reach on social media and spend less money!
Helped raise my kids with my Ex (we get along great)

Bought three properties here in Ontario including our dream lakefront cottage and boathouse on a lake in Ontario’s Kawartha Lakes😎
Get to travel the world including many trips to Australia to escape our brutal Canadian Winters! 🇨🇦🥶
I’m a big believer in working hard to reach your goals, good coffee, playing guitar and mountain biking.
My reward is working with my agent clients to help them reach their targets and achieve their goals.
I’m a big believer in the power of podcasting and want to share my success and the success of others in the AI space.
My clear takeaway as a podcast host since 2014 is that the most successful agents are more than happy to share the hidden details behind their success so others may benefit. That’s what I REALLY want to get into during our time together.
We live in a beautiful world that’s ripe with abundance for those prepared to embrace it with an open heart and a determined mindset. Opportunities are everywhere, waiting for those who dare to dream, take action, and believe in the power of their potential.
